Third party means not an officer, director, or employee of the company. A true "non affiliate". I am not required to disclose when I sell so I hope I am not asked this much in the future. To date I have sold 6,000 shares. I have a 6 month contract with the company and my shares have to last. And yes they are free-trading. If this is a problem with some of you than you should not be investing in this stock. After all, the exposure I am creating is the reason why the stock is up in the first place. I am open to all of you.
