NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 12, 1999--The Children's Beverage Group, Inc. TCBG has officially received its complete and final bond commitment from its bond underwriter Roosevelt & Cross Incorporated of New York. The commitment states the following: Roosevelt & Cross has a bond fund committed to purchase a $7,420,000.00 tax-exempt industrial development revenue bond on behalf of The Children's Beverage Group, Inc.
