Gusman wasn't there to salt the Freeport samples. He was either en route to the PDAC in Toronto, at the PDAC in Toronto, en route back to Indonesia but apparently stopped off for a medical checkup, and was involved in the helicopter incident on the way to Busang site. Guzman wouldn't have seen where Freeport drilled or the samples. Freeport could have drilled in the swamp with none there to witness or guide them. Therefore part of your theory isn't possible due to the travel arrangements.
