I disagree, D - i don't think he should leave SI, he's made a smart move in talking to us, imho ... IF he's straight-up ... considering the situation.

As an old resource speckie player, i understand and accept the necessity of promotion.
It's not a cardinal sin, like failure to file up-to-date financials.
Or a mortal sin, like a culture of non-reporting and share printing for cash flow.

But how it's done is crucial to credibility ... you're right, pinc is under much tougher scrutiny than many a PoS out there ... If what Subway.com says is true - that it was a truly unrelated third party who paid him, and that third party will not be compensated for it by the company - then the action should not taint the reputation of pinc and current management ... right?

Of course, the Rmilpeople will apply other systems of logic. Lolol.

It would be good to see TEDennis, busy though he is, make a clear statement on the matter.
