Some updates I'd like to see...
Whatever happened to...

Sales for November and December are projected to exceed $500,000.00 and sales for 1998 are expected to exceed $3,000,000.00. <
Never heard about that again... Where's that $3.000,000? ... and 1999?

> DALLAS, June l7 /PRNewswire/ -- Massimo da Milano, Inc. (OTCBB: MDMI) announced today that is has opened two new Java Centrale specialty coffee and gourmet food cafes in Chatsworth, California and Virginia Beach, Virginia. These two new store openings increase the Java Centrale network to twenty-two franchised outlets primarily in the western U.S. and one company-owned store in Reno, Nevada. Commenting on the new store openings, Massimo's CEO Dana Verrill commented, "We are pleased that the Java store network is growing, but more importantly, that we are growing it smartly. <
Last information I have is that "growing it smartly" meant closing 15 of those cafes. We are at eight now, Maybe less, who knows. MDMI isn't very good at telling us the whole story.

> HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 1999-- iChargeit Inc., (OTC BB:ICHG) announced today that it has successfully launched ShoppersGateway.net, a theme shopping portal site. http:www.ShoppersGateway.net features a 50's style Jukebox designed for easy navigation and has links to many top tier internet shopping venues. The Company intends to incorporate this portal site into its iChargeit.com Cybermall and Virtual Arcade, enabling visitors to access the Company's vast array of mall tenants and fulfillment partners. This site will also be incorporated into iChargeit's soon to be launched ISP links bar thereby allowing iChargeit's customers quick access to secure shopping sites. ShoppersGateway.net will also serve as a featured link on the iChargeit Internet Pay Terminals which are scheduled to debut early next month. <
Three months later there is not a single search engine anywhere on the the internet which will bring a prospective coffee buyer to the IChargeit site. ZERO. Naturally, there's been no follow up from MDMI about the progress from internet sales, but it's obvious that this is a complete waste of time and effort. Maybe a few pounds of coffee were sold to some of MDMI's investors but that's just not enough to make this venture feasible. Again, the investors are kept in the dark about the facts while La Guardia wastes bandwidth with meaningless political fluff. Not entirely their fault, they get their instructions from Verrill and his cohorts.

> DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1999--Massimo Da Milano Inc. (OTC BB:MDMI.O) announced today that it has reached an agreement with Albertson's Inc. (NYSE:ABS.N). MDMI is providing Albertson's with gourmet pastries for the Albertson's Coffee Shops located in selected Albertson's stores. MDMI is currently shipping products to 9 Albertson's locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, with plans to include shipments to future locations as they come on line. According Crawford Shaw Jr., of MDMI, "We are excited about this new relationship with Albertson's and the potential that this represents for MDMI. Albertson's is one of the premier food chains in America, and we are extremely excited to be selected as one of the vendors for their new coffee cafe concept." <
How many times have I asked for some honest, factual information about this deal? If there were good news about this trial program, Verrill would have been shouting it from the rooftops. Instead we get garbage from his paid IR rep at LaGuardia. There's been plenty of time to gather data about sales volume, reorders, and Albertson's reaction to MDMI product.
Maybe MDMI likes to have their company pumped and dumped by hypes slingers and traders. It seems they have the same lack of respect for themselves as they do for their shareholders, some of whom have been loyal supporters for many months.
Is there anyone who can prove me wrong?
