Subway: I'm not even current on all posts at the moment so forgive me if I am asking stuff you've already answered. But by now you have made an incredible number of statements that need pursuit.

First: Did you call the company before accepting shares for your services? If not, the information you are spreading is not reliable, since it can only be coming from the "third party."

Who is your contract with, exactly? The company or the 3rd party?

Not meaning to demean your services, but there is ample reason to be interested in the developments with PINC without your help. What makes you think you are the one responsible for the price mevement?

What other outlets are you accessing to promote this company?

What is your reach? How many people do you presume to be reading your promotion?

Since you have been paid by a 3rd party, as you say, it is his shares that are appreciating primarily. What makes you so sure that person has any interest in the company or any other shareholders?

Since you apparently just joined SI today, tell us whether you have ever been a member of SI in the past. Have you ever posted on SI under a different alias? Have you ever been investigated by the SEC?
Have you ever been fined, banned, censured or sued for your stock promotion activities?

And that's just for starters...........
