I honestly don't know much about IBM and don't know how the testing center will impact the industry.

I do like their affirmation of ATM as reported in IBD --- and their relationship with ATT based on the NN alliance.

Beyond that Big Blue is a mystery.

Now, as for all the failing networks, this has to be positive for NN. MCI/WCOM chose to go with WCOM's vendors, including Cisco, and now they're paying the piper.

I'm sure there are more than a few network designers saying, "Don't say I didn't warn you . . ."
