I think that you misread what I posted: Lasertron is a Division of OAK.

OAK's stock got whacked because one of the largest buyers of Lasertron's high power pumps quit taking delivery.

So the way I read it is that Lasertron is the end maker of pumps, and a large customer either doesn't need as many as expected, or is getting them elsewhere.
