I have changed my mind on the subs price issue. I wish they would hold the line on price. It's a matter of QoS. I'm willing to pay for the integrity and security of strong service. The copper Net is a joke and one day the stock market is going to be subjected to an '87 because of it. I don't want cable to be so shaky. Let AOL have all that intermediate market. Time to get away from cut rate shabby product. Cheap was substantially accelerated by MSFT and the quality of their products dropped. I recognize that competitive pressures and big egos force companies to shoot themselves in the foot, but it's worth more to me to have a good network than it is for me to make money in the stock. More money isn't of any value if what we have to spend it on is junk.

There is more to say about this new direction, but I thought I'd hit you over the head with it and give you a chance to reply.
