The host of AuctionsTelevision, Johnny Mann, is internationally known for the many recordings he arranged and conducted for his Johnny Mann Singers, resulting in five Grammy Award nominations and two Grammy Awards. This multi-talented star, led his superb talented young singers in the weekly syndicated series, "Stand Up and Cheer" for three years on national TV and many tours throughout the country.
Mann was not only the musical director of the original "Alvin and The Chipmunks" TV series (he sang the voice of Theodore), but over the years worked with such greats as Frank Sinatra, Johnny Mathis, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, Steve Allen and many more.
Mann is the recipient of four consecutive awards from The Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge in recognition for his many services to his country; top awards from The Disabled American Veterans, the Medal of Honor from the National DAR, The National Honor Medal from The Veterans of Foreign Wars, and numerous citations from The American Legion.
Misha DiBono, hostess of AuctionsTelevision, anchors the news on KESQ-TV3, the Desert's News leader, with Dan Evans at 6 PM and with Ted Dawson at 11 PM. Prior to becoming an on-air reporter, DiBono worked as a television producer in Los Angeles for NBC, FOX and CBS. Among her many news highlights were covering the infamous Menendez Trial and the Northridge Earthquake.
Prior to coming to the desert four years ago Ted Dawson, auctioneer for AuctionsTelevision, was a network sportscaster for both CBS and ABC. During that time he covered 21 Super Bowls, 19 World Championship fights, nine World Series, eight NBA Championships and four Olympic games. In addition to being the Entertainment Editor for the station he is the co-anchor with Misha DiBono on KESQ-TV3, 11 o'clock news. Dawson, a multi-talented guy, regularly performs in live theater productions of plays and musicals.
