While there are many that have lost large amounts investing
in this company, your remark seems backhanded and unfounded.

They show revenues for : "second quarter of fiscal 1999 were
$13,367,000, as compared to $13,434,000 for the corresponding
quarter in 1998" -- While it's clear that investors have lost
faith in this company, a glance at the numbers in the latest
quarterly report really don't seem bad. There were still losses,
but the losses are manageable, and could turn into gains with
continued hard work.

I agree that the company has been in serious decline; is
it possible, even a little bit, that they are actually
turning this drifting ship around?
