My opinions to your post are: 1. I don't blame them for not giving a date. From past experience if they are late by one day they will be condemned by the nay sayers. 2. I agree. I had hoped for an earlier filing but they may have a lot of catching up to do. 3. I think they want to leave that for a special announcement by itself.
