Actually Bing Yeh and his family own 3.7 million shares of SSTI. Selling 800,000 doesn't seem that bad. I think he also takes a modest salary and had received no bonus for a couple of years, so wanting to take some cash seems reasonable to me. I do not currently own SSTI, although I did have a substantial position in the past.
