A lot depends on how successful those wanting the stock down are in causing panic.
Once I heard that Davis
had said the announcement would be made Monday I knew that he had removed a
large part of the risk in
trying to get the stock down, for whatever reason. But for the life of me I would not
know how to nor have
the guts to try to make a profit with this type of maneuver. Some call this arbitrage.
But back in the good old
days, arbitrage was a risk less transaction based on a mathematical calculation that the
spreads between
positions in different securities of the same company would narrow. The risk in ones
short position was offset
by the long position.

So I give a lot of credit to those who were able to pull todays move off. Still
convinced that some of the things
you watch have value. Thanks again.
