>You are wrong about choice and Michelle is right.<
Uh huh. That is what they say as they try to convince themselves they have a right to use my resources to kill their kids.
You know brees, as far as I am concerned there is a very simple solution to the abortion problem. Wemyn should be allowed to kill their children as they see fit. But they should not be allowed to force anyone else to fund their murders.
Think of it. These folk are actually killing their offspring and think they have the right to force others to pay for it. "Don't like abortion? Then don't have one!" they say. And yet these same lunatics think that when they force folk to pay for their abortions, folk should not complain. The fact is, once they start clamouring for my wallet, they give me a very strong reason to object to their dang murderous habits.
They would have a much stronger position if they truly wanted mere privacy, to be left alone to make a choice that concerns 'themselves, their clergymen and their gods.' But they do not want merely this. They want the right (and they actually now have it) to put their filthy blood-stained hands into my wallet to fund their murderous deeds. They are out of their friggin' minds, and yet they are wont to call other folks "wackos."
>When we leave the aspect of choice in the hands of human beings we all recognize our own fallibility, and consequently, that of others.<
Well. I do not know if this makes us all recognise our own fallibility, but it certainly does allow our fallibility to flourish unchecked.
>If you are going to have a legal system that is all encompassing you must account for this factor. If you also have a societal ethic stating that it is wrong to do something (ie kill, deny women choices) then you must include this in your systematic application of the law. Can you ethically choose to kill some one and give yourself immunity for their death. Yes, if you as a society decide to give relative weight to each societal ethic. This is the current situation.<
In a nutshell.
>The politic of protected status has empowered women to choose their convenience over the life of the baby within their womb. The politic of deciding the life or death of a criminal goes in favor of the criminal. Ultimately here you are merely streaming through time going along with the trends with no underlying absolutes.<
Yup, and Hitler was possibly right in murdering Jews, so was that possibly honourable man who just put holes into all those Jewish folk. So was the possibly honourble man down there in Jasper who dragged that black man behind his truck until his head came off, and so was that possibly honourable man who shot all those folk in Chicago and so were those possibly honourable boys at Columbine and the possibly honourable boy in Atlanta and so were the many possibly honourable men and wemyn who have murdered innocent human babies every hour of every day for decades...
>It is now against the societal ethic to find fault with any lifestyle or to blame individuals for their actions. Guns kill, people have grammas to excuse them. Learn to go with the flow dude. Pass laws to get rid of the guns so we will all live in peace and harmony, or not.
Hehe. Right brees. Peace and harmony. |
