My votes on the Board of Directors are as follows

I will vote all 13,000 of my shares against Messman, Hector, Sosini, Wilson, and Young.

I believe Mr. Hector has some serious non Novell problems and doesn't belong on this BOD anymore.

As to the others, they must take responsibility for the financial condition of the company whose decline THEY PRESIDED OVER.

I intend to send an explicit message about performance which I expect no less in a BOD than a CEO.
