Probably after Christmas, after the Fall Rally in the markets. In January there is a choice of several scenarios:

1. We can claim a Y2K problem caused it, or
2. We can say N. Korea was behind in its fair share of Global Warming and are helping them catch up to the rest of the world, or
3. We can blame it all on India and Pakistan and say their nuclear missiles misfired.
