ZOMX serves as an outsourcing agent for lots of software co's including MSFT, a big customer. So the software co's contract with zomx, and zomx records the software that the sw cos' customers will buy or have bought, on the cd's and dvd's and then distributes them. Even better, zomx also has an equity stake in a co that helps companies sell their software through internet downloads. Victor
