If you take the trouble to read more carefully you will see that the block of stock is not held by me alone but along with a number of other people. As to being able to command any semblance of respect from the old MTI management why should a holding of approximately 3/100 % concern any management group or don't you know that there at least 110 million shares presently issued and outstanding.

Of greater concern to me, and it should be to you and any other shareholder who vaguely believes that some kind of corporate reorganization might be possible is the comment by Colin Jones. His post seems to support the return of Peter Morris and his supporters. His thesis as I read it is that only then could the employees continue to operate MTI. Sure why not bring back the crew who gave us $19 million in Reg "S" debentures. In addition we could also signal our approval of turning what was a $21 million revenue generating business in April 1996, with good speculative potential into a shell of itself. True the customer base of MTI was expanded with the acquisition of MDIS but so was the payroll and other contingent liabilities.

I for one do not subcribe to the practice of putting the fox into the hen house to guard them. But then what the hell do I know, having sunk as much as I did along with a number other foolish people in my group into this seemingly bottomless pit.

This much I do think I know that there is no salvation for any of us should Peter Morris ever be allowed to have any say in how MTI is to function in the future.
