Sampat, Dave and E: Hard to know what to say after a day like yesterday. Certainly I didn't expect or predict such strenght--has not happened with IDT in recent times. Sampat, my guess would be the weak hands got out on the fall to 5, the shaky hands got out 9-10 on a double from the bottom, and the quivering hands got out 14-15 after finally breaking even on a 3 year hold. Who has the stock now? I think lots of new money. This is a sector wide move, against the overall market, and IDT seems to be the standout percentage wise lately---though I think LSI has smoked em all YTD. CY made a similar move yest. and ISSI today. I decided to hold IDT, after buying back some at 17 5/8, and wrote 17 1/2's on the position; I'm betting we close under 17 1/2 by next Friday. Thoughts? cb
