Hey Sprintcar, read the post to 2MAR$ - don't worry, not treating this like blase typical BB - it is NOT typical - there is the plan, vision, cash to back it up, validity and history of success of the Weiner team and I have called creditors and those who have contracts with Mr. Olsen and Triangle Broadcasting, GAAY, and he and the company is impeccable - irrespective of the smear campaign.
There is a whole lot of movement on all sides to get in cheap; always doing DD and paperwork is always being reviewed, by myself and others :)
Let the fluff go over at RB - there are the others of us who are retrenched and not only doing DD on GAAY but also GMKT/ITHC and the insiders and those players too, as well as the other disgruntleds. When I find specific facts that pertain to GAAY do not worry, I post it on the public boards. Other information goes to the pertinent agencies and organizations, both corporate and individual.
The PR didn't answer all my concerns either, however, the PR did address exactly what the prior PR said it would - discussion of the 'events' and Weiner has been right on.
I am still not comfortable with DLIL/GMKT - I mean the corporation diluted shares and no one was able to sell them or trade the stock on July 7; Pittera had to register some stocks or something; now the deadline wa August 5; and the 50/1 RS from ITHC to GMKT when the ITHC shares were valued at .01 = 50/1 = 50 cents not 15 bucks.
I have much more concern with GMKT/ITHC than with GAAY, they don't bring me anything but down...
It would be appropriate and necessary to see a complete ITHC/GMKT audit and company assets and company plan and what success it has experienced to bring in revenues and profit in the past, if none is forthcoming or the offer as I have experts read it is unsatisfactory to what a reasonable shareholder should expect - I am not voting for any alliance with GAAY.
That is why I and others have paid and are paying to have the appropriate documentation accessible for production in defense and/or rebuttal, if necessary.
Just my opinion and I am full of my opinion, Jacalyn M. Deaner |
