William, any thoughts on TCTY? They are coming out of their quiet period within the next few days and just after the bell today they released a couple of PR's, one a deal with the AMZN, the other a deal with AltaVista. The backers they have (NBC, MSFT, etc), the explosive growth (+422% revenues on the last quarterly) and that small float (5 million) are just a few reasons I think it has a chance to make a major move, provided the market conditions are just right.
