I've given some thought to this question, Top, and my conclusion is this: Being the President of a public company and a private company are two very different responsibilities. One to shareholders, who have the market value in their eyes daily, and the other to maybe a banker, or a couple of buddy investors. My patience is becoming ever so thin when shareholder value becomes a distant second place to executive lifestyle. After all, isn't it our money at work in these stock positions? ....nothing personal meant here, just business chat, seasoned with a little opinion.
