Joe, the thing to keep in mind is . . .it is not important that we get in exactly at the bottom, but that when we do go in, we do it with conviction. When advances tie declines all day long, it shows me that there is plenty of doubt in the market. . .so I doubt. We might be there, but I am not jumping in until I KNOW we are there. That's the difference. Personally, I think we have more declines. . .some stocks will continue downward, but those OUTPACERS should be first to bounce back. . .so on any more down days in Aug. . that's where I will be looking.
