Not great earnings report? Clearly you haven't followed other internet stocks :) Everyone expects their losses to continue, and in fact, this quarter and next will likely show worse losses as they:
1) Expand their content and authoring
2) Phase out hardware sales

Take a look at the analyst report at Wit Capital: witcapital.com

Then listen to the earnings conf call. Everyone is upbeat about the company's performance as well as its future prospects. Whether it goes up or down tommorrow is anyone's guess since it also depends on the general market and whether there was "buy on rumor, sell on news" mentality. The bottom line for me, though, is Audible is truly a wonderful content business plan with almost zero cost for distribution. They can concentrate on conversion of partner's content into digital audio and focus on web development. Once they get a sufficient # of people enrolled, the bottom line should really take off with incremental top line growth.
