Let me reduce it to real simplistic terms. QCOM is a participant in a global appetite for telecommunications. It's part of a fabric of companies that can deliver a solution to the ever demanding appetite for communications. It is not the only company that will do business. When you hear the term "wireless" it may not include QCOM, but it by no means affects their aspect in this revolution. Nor are they the top dog. That changes and rapidly, primarily by the demands of the consumer and their pocketbook.

As to this argument about mobile communications. The following is a frequency chart. You will denote that the FCC has set aside bands for both fixed and mobile. You will note that above 2GHz is consider viable.
