(cont.)The report lists present products, some of which are under other co.'s names, such as AcuVoice. The bad news: Info about y2K compliance is iffy. (see report) Product development and research has been the first priority, not marketing, not PR, not the stockholders. Research costs have taken Fonx into heavy debt, but that is how it goes, when you are working on a phenomenon that will change history. Looks like the best way out of the debt is dilution of shares, folks, and I would guess that means a reverse split we won't like. Research and devel. projects of AcuVoice and Articulate were "%75 complete". Release dates are 4qtr 99 and 1qtr 2000 of these two. Nancy
