The assumption of multiservice is a proposed one which also will probably undergo evolution. TV over the net, VoIP, and internet destroy that offing. We are back to one service provider again. A bandwidth service provider selling access at both ends of the pipe. You pay for your content to the content provider, public voice access per transaction, and so on. This model really does not support a return to circuit at all, no matter how cheap the battle gets. THat provider just wont be able to supply the content, or even bill correctly. The investment in circuit with such bandwidth purchased seems like it is a waste!
