Ari, Thanks for the research it was certainly interesting.

I can not believe that the BCSC will continue to condone this obvious abuse by Jacobs. I am with Ed I think the options should stay in effect until they expire and if they expire worthless so be it, if the management does its job and gets the product to market the options should be very valuable even priced at $2.09. If Pyng management does not perform they should suffer with the rest of the shareholders. Using stock options as supplemental base compensation is clearly against the rules you provided. But I guess this type of rule is just not ever enforced.
