Burroughs bought Sperry. They formed a single Company. They called it Unisys. Both of the former Company's were striving Company's. Unisys went to $1.75 for common About $2.50 for preferred A. Of course all the former management of both Company's took there golden parachute rides and left us little stock holders holding the bag. Things could be different and better on another go around, but I think I will sleep with my finger on the exit button. Chuck
