If the employment cost index last friday couldn't cause another leg down in the Net stocks, I think we've bottomed and are starting to rebuild. I still keep thinking regular tech could be in for some tough sledding in the coming weeks on Y2K Q4 spending fears, as customers lock down their systems. I think semi's are overbought, too.
