John, Hello. No...i'm not suggesting to proceed with any lawsuits here. I'm merely advising potential new investors to use cautions with DELGF. You have seen what happened to Bre-X and AKSEF. DELGF has been on a parabolic rise, because of "feelgood" information has been transmitted from the company to the public. This was also the case with Bre-X and AKSEF. And of course, we all know that AKSEF went from 3 to 26 and then back down to 3, because of Mr. Terry Alexander's sheer ingenuity to hype the potential deal for the oil pipeline that never ever happened. So I would take any information coming from the company with a grain of salt.
