I agree. And tomorrow the market will speak. What it does say to me is that in networking the companies have decided bigger is better. Both ASND and CSCC are hot companies in a hot sector, and longer term its probably is the best thing. All I am trying to do is inject some reality into this thread. The market has reacted very unfavorably to networking mergers combined with earnings warnings combined with a pretty hefty price tag (at ASND's 52) in the past, and that it may react the same way tomorrow. I don't know what it will do, but there are more possibilities than CSCC going immediately to 36 and beyond. As a long, I would want to consider this. Good luck.
