Brady,

The mortgage world is a very competitive one here in Canada and I assume it is even more competitive in the US.

I'd much rather wait a little longer for the 'REAL NEWS' (real mortgages coming through) than be invested in a stock that does not have the infrastructure to accommodate the demand.

We need to create a solid base through various alliance (having 400 brokers nation wide is a VERY GOOD network) AND THEN ARET can proceed with confidence. They will have everything ready and all lights will be flashing green.

I understand the frustration many are feeling because many have bought in at much higher levels (including me -- I have averaged down somewhat since then) BUT patience is a necessity in this market.

Many investors lack this patience and sell at a loss. This is what creates the downfall in price and the opportunity to buy in at better levels for others. Investors who stay long will get the biggest return and be the happiest of them all. Those who wish to daytrade, ride along for their 30% and sell. That's not the style of trading I do. I prefer much higher returns than 30%, hehehe....

Anyway, I think we have no where to go but UP at this point. IMHO, 3 cents is the rock bottom for this baby.

Regards,
CK.
