The bottom line is reliability. Five 9s --- that means 99.999% up time per year. Poor MCI/WCOM has used up its alloted down time for the next millennium.

NN has the advantage of having sold to carriers all along. Meeting rigid standards of reliability is old hat. Companies like ASND and CSCO haven't had the same experience. With enterprise and alternative carriers it's been fairly acceptable to install a product and tweak it on the job. Someone should tell them Plug-N-Pray isn't going to do it. :)
