The only scramble for the pecking(pecker) order I have seen in the last twenty years are among those young heathens who were brought with a flawed society in control,lately, who have a problem with their man-hood image. This is juvenile,assinine and not as common as you seem to think. It still appears to me that your thoughts on this matter are a result of some sort of abuse by a male.
