Quite a discussion on NetZero's impending IPO on the RagingBull IPO thread. The argument that free internet will not promote good stock value is propping up. Tactics used similarly to do in KOOP and NTOP. The difference is the argument is arising prior to NetZero's IPO.

I've used the NetZero service virtually since its inception and I happen to like it. The banner ad which is carried is non-intrusive. However the loading page, which provides viewers with attractive options to enter areas like ecommerce, sports, subscriptions, etc., can be an effective tie-in for revenue.

If NetZero is really clever--and I think they are: "Defenders of the Free World!"--with Goldman's force behind it, it could be a whopper! I'm looking forward to it.

Took a hit last week on IGLD (got distracted and failed to use stop limits) and thus I've gotten squeezed out from this week's IPO plays. This, plus I don't wanna sell other stuff I've got.

Looking and need a goodie for next week. Whose placing bets on what'll be the next best one? Thanks.

Congrats to the Redhatters who put green in their pockets!
