Yea, override the govenor, make the engine rip itself apart if ran that way for any lenth of time.

My Brother and I aquired a Trisport(like a three wheeler) from the guy across the street. His kids burned up the 7 hp. doing your trick. We had an ol' rusted out snowmobile, put a 29hp. 2 cycle on it for MORE POWER uug uug. It did pretty good, 62mph wide open. Your butt about 6 inchs off the road. Balls to the wall baby she would fly!
