Kasha, I started following Bearcat because the name caught my attention. At the same time I had a broker who also followed the stock and said that the potential was huge. The problem was as I understand it was that the geology was misinterpreted and they drilled just off to the side. By the time that was figured out they were out of money. Therefore they need a partner and that has now become Imperial on a small portion of their property. The one thing I do not understand is the first well found a lot of sour gas. I believe that the problem there is that the price for sour gas (H2S) is too low to justify development so they had to go after oil. Therefore the story has not yet been told. How to eventually profit from it is another story. The original stocks are now diluted by a lot of shares. That is why it is important that Curlew hit at Bacon Island to avoid the need for furthur dilution. If this one misses it will be tough. I hope to take my initial money out on the run up once the drilling starts. The remainder of my shares will either be the payoff or the end of a long story. Hope that makes sense. I would like to correspond more off line if you send me your email. Bob
