To All, Covered Option Oppurtunity will vanish soon after the opening of the Markets on Monday. This one seems to be a no brainer. If you like Tencor stock then buy at 22 3/4 on Monday and cover with the June option 22 1/2's at 1 1/4. That's a one point premium with 3 weeks to go until expiration. After commissions of an 1/8th of a point that's net to you of 7/8 point. That's almost 4% RETURN in 3 weeks. Annualized that's a whopping 70%. Also you can achieve this with a
buy-right which means you can tell the broker you want to purchase
TNCR at a net debit of 21 3/4. This means if the stock opens up higher than 22 3/4 on Monday you could still get your order done because the option will follow the price of the stock.
