It looks like, independantly, we've mostly come to the same conclusion. As Nancy said, it's a battle between control and possible long-term upside. They do appear to be doing all the right things to move up, but the research could always collapse or a better mouse-trap come along. Particularly pleasing to me was the move to a reporting company. All we need now is a $5 stock price and we'll be on Nas. One of the impacts of this offer that I see is that more shares will be in private hands vs in the brokers name, making legal shorting much more difficult. Graham
