I will get some tea this morning after the stores open. Funny about the water deal ..... this trade area in Paris is slow to catch on to things .... when I was in the vending business, I could see the water sales booming so I tried it in some of my machines. Typical reaction was "what the hell, Nolan, you trying to sell us something we get out of the tap for free" ...... even Marilyn laughed ... and we had a jug of "spring water" in the fridge most all the time too. I used to own a few acres 15 miles out of town that was just a couple of hundred feet from a natural spring that the populace for a good five mile radius would come to and get all their water as the well water was unfit/unsafe to drink in that area of the county. I can remember even as a youngster that folks would come during the weekend in wagons and even horseback or muleback to fill up containers for the next week. I hauled the stuff home for ten or fifteen years and it was excellent ... sweet and great tasting. Then the state got into the deal ... the land where the spring was had been donated to the county in his will by a then deceased preacher about the turn of the century ..... hell, they shut the whole deal down ... demanded the county put someone on duty at the site, run tests, etc ..... If it had been someone local who caused that, there would have been a lynching ...... Thanks for the tea idea .... she is going to the doc this morning for a followup checkup ... but as she awoke this morning with slight chest pain, I know the sleeping pill has seen the last usage .....
