Lenox is clearly not very close to a NASDAQ listing, especially given the recent stumbling. My understanding is that KK and DD have been talking with money people who may be interested in putting in the required capital to bring them up to the minimum. As I believe I've written here before, I have been opposed to such a move. With the stock so low, it would mean dilution, and I don't think they need the money quite yet for expansion. However, I may be wrong about that, since the amount of business they are currently doing, from what I hear, is substantial and growing very fast. If they need the money for expansion, I would definitely support it.

I frankly don't know what the possible ways there are for Lenox to get free of Canadian accounting standards. Maybe they "only" need to reincorporate in the U.S. Anyone else know anything about this?

Rgds.
