Dear Gregor and all:

I have a praise report! Shannon, the young woman whom we held up in prayer, just gave birth to a healthy baby boy. You may recall that within a few days of hearing the joyous news that she was pregnant, Shannon discovered that she also had cancer. The doctors thought she had melanoma and that the treatment required that she have an abortion. However, within two days of the scheduled abortion, Shannon insisted on having the pathology reviewed by another expert. It was a good thing that she did because the doctors determined that she did not have melanoma and, therefore, did not have to have an abortion. Nevertheless, Shannon still had to undergo chemotherapy and there was some concern over the baby's health since he was in utero during the chemotherapy. The baby, Wallace, was taken by C-Section prior to complete gestation but is perfectly healthy and it appears that he will have to spend no time in an incubator. Thank-you for your prayers. The Lord really does hear the prayers of His people. Praise His Name!!!!

In Christ, Tom
