Right now it is wholly owned. You may be missing my point in msg exchange2000.com My concern is that they might need more money to develop and implement the technology. The only reasons to place all the technology in a seperate operating company is to get non-recourse financing (not likely the reason) or to spin of ownership positions to others (probably under the guise of financing). If they have to give away part of this company to get the funds to implement it we lose.
