A friend asked about the 'E' in BANY(e) today...
Is this accurate?

Well the SEC, in an effort to "protect" all us "dumb" investors put a rule in place to require all companies to be fully reporting, or be delisted as 'BB' stocks, and put on the Pink Sheets. Bany (and ANYI) knew this was coming so they complied early. Bany filed all paper work on May 14th this year.

The SEC is going alphabetically, checking companies. 2 weeks ago they were in the 'A's, now they are in the 'B's. They looked at bany, saw the paper work *WAS NOT IN ORDER* so added an 'E' to the back end to let the world know that bad ol' BANY hasn't complied (watch out investor)...

Problem is that BANY is not the problem! :^) It's the SEC. The paper work must be reviewed by the SEC staff. They haven't done it, and don't have a time-frame that they have to do it in... So BANY complies, but until the %*#$?*& SEC reads the damn filing, the OTHER department in the SEC says that BANY is not in compliance. Thanks for protecting me, you bastards!

(can you tell I am miffed?)

I hate government regs.
