Well, BANY did file in May and the SEC didn't read it until a few weeks ago and sent it back to BANY telling them they had to show the financials in a different format. I understand that BANY had to call back in the auditors to redo the filing and I expect it to hit edgar any day. At that time the SEC will need to go over it again and if they don't like something else they will kick it back again. The problem is not that BANY didn't file. The problem is that the SEC wants it exactly the way they want it done but nobody knows exactly what that is until they send back comments. The SEC's requirments are good and I like them...the only gripe I have is that they should have kicked it back to BANY in June and not August! That is what really sucks because they only have until the end of August to be 100% approved or they temporarily go to the pinks.
