I think S3 may be under some pressure to get DIMD price up going into Sept. the month of the shareholders vote. FWIW, I'm not buying based on this info and you shouldn't either. I have heard S3 has some major news pending, it may be released as early as next week. If its what I have heard it will go a long way towards boosting the price.
