Steve, Those are the fundamental questions concerning the history of MVEE. And I fully agree that we need the answers. But, remember TC inherited MVEE just a few months ago. Your question on the merger with EINI is VERY valid but don't forget the power of the INTERNET for attracting investors. Secondly, there is a whole host of news, projects, etc. to go into the future. My most important question is: When do we see AUDITED financials and when will we be a reporting company? best to all MVEE investors, leroyt
