MIVICAP, Why do you smell a buy-out or merger brewing? In my opinion if such a potential existed then I would tend to agree with Andrew that becoming reporting would be one of the pre-requisites before any pie in the sky possibilities surfaced! My intent is not to mock with my pie in the sky opinion-but I guess what I'm saying is it's taking so long to complete the process to become reporting and to hear of any updates regarding the Conrail scenario-that I personally would feel it highly unlikely that we would be at some serious stage of a buy-out or merger. Why doesn't NYRR go on the acquisition trail?-Still dealing from a position as a reporting company would most likely work easier with such a status. JMO! What is the source of your buy-out and/or merger information? Wayne J.
